Forms and email

When you write to us through the contact form, join the iRobo Academy waitlist or email us, we process your details (e.g. name, email, phone, city, school) only to handle your request and reply to you.

Forms are delivered to our inbox by email through the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which processes the data on our behalf. The website is served through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed for this.

Cookies and third parties

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own domain. Links to Instagram, Facebook and X only connect you to those services when you click them.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw any consent at any time with an informal email. Processing that took place before the withdrawal remains lawful.

Access, correction, deletion

You have the right at any time to free information about your stored data, its origin, recipients and purpose, and to have it corrected, restricted or deleted. Just send us an email.

Data portability

On request, we hand over data we process automatically based on your consent or a contract to you or a party you name, in a machine-readable format.

Right to complain

If you believe your data was handled unlawfully, you can complain to the competent supervisory authority. For us, that is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.
